Hello. cubot pocket that i bought has an issue. it do not let calls get throgh always, i have changed the sim card to new one, and the same issue continues. I tested my old cubot, and it works just fine.

Had a terrible issue with the seller and his store. Just do not expect the seller to be a “KIND” or “Helpful” guy. First, ordered the phone to the USA, and choose shipment from the US. The description said shipping to my address is 7-10 days. After 40 days, the phone came from Polska post (sent from Singapore). The seller was unhelpful to locate the package, so I opened a dispute after stuck tracking status. Finally, the phone arrived, and IT WAS an EU version, with no cellular connection in the USA. Completely messy and useless purchase. The seller was unhelpful with returning the phone and refunding money even though he sent me an EU version device. Unfortunately, the dispute team denied my arguments. The phone itself is small and cute. Can’t test further. Make sure to communicate with the seller and have a record of any evidence for your own protection. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!
