Where did the old marketplace go?

The Don Express vendor marketplace is offline while the site is reorganized. Product listings, carts and wishlists from the old site were not carried over. If you were mid-order with a vendor, contact them directly — the marketplace never held your funds.

My tracking number isn't updating. Is my package lost?

Almost certainly not. Postal parcels from China routinely go quiet for 5–10 days during linehaul between the export scan and arrival in your country. See the tracking guide for number formats and where to look them up.

Can I still find an article that used to be here?

Older articles are being consolidated into the main guides. If a link brought you to an archive notice, the closest current material is linked from that page — or ask us to dig the original out.
